Macrostax Team is a software platform that helps gym owners offer customized nutrition plans to their members. After all, nutrition and fitness go hand in hand, right? Small business owners rarely have enough time to handle all areas of their business, and this tool is essential in helping them scale by providing an extra revenue source while also adding value. Since 2022, I have created and designed marketing assets for this product for its initial go-to-market launch as well as ongoing needs, including website content, blogs, case studies, sell sheets, email campaigns and automations, an affiliate program, and social assets.

We set up several automated email sequences including lead nurture, abandon cart, onboarding, upsell, and winback. Essentially, we created automated emails for every step of our customer's journey to ensure multiple touchpoints. Some key metrics include 10% of free trial sign ups coming from email, the lead nurture sequence achieving the highest average open rate at 32%, and the lead nurture capture ebook achieving the highest average click rate at 18%.
As part of our larger B2B marketing strategy, we created pillar pieces of content to attract awareness and build credibility, including the below case studies and a lead magnet ebook (see main portfolio).
Digital ads played a huge role in our initial launch and regular acquisition strategy. Our main spend went towards social platforms including Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn. As a software product with a free trial, our primary KPI was BCAC (Blended Customer Acquisition Cost).
