Macrostax is one of the leading macro-counting apps that provides custom macro plans and recipes and tells users what, when, and how much to eat. Since its launch in 2017, Macrostax has helped nearly 200,000 customers reach their goals. As part of my brand management and creative direction responsibilities with this brand, I also helped draft a lot of the marketing copy including taglines, ads, direct response, emails, and web. Below left are 2 examples of hero header text on the website that we A/B tested. As with all hero text, the goal was to focus on the primary end benefit to the user. On the right are blurbs I wrote to highlight the app's biggest features.
We're in the business of helping people achieve more than weight loss: it's about health, happiness, and confidence. A lot of our copy was aimed at playing on human emotions.
